DANCE WITH ME

Our 30-minute parent and me style class is a whirlwind of gentle stretches, playful songs with simple movements, and sensory exploration through soft scarves and colorful balls. It's a chance for parents and their young children to bond through joyful activity, build early motor skills, and connect with other families in a supportive and fun environment. We keep it short and sweet, understanding busy schedules, but pack each moment with opportunities for connection and joyful discovery.
